The bread is delivered crusty fresh to your supermarket. We bake large and small loaves in every possible flavour, packaged or unpackaged, as you wish.

We also supply a wide range of bake-off products, for both retail and home use.

Bake-off bread that is baked on the shop premises gives you two important advantages: the wonderful smell of fresh bread in the department and flexibility on the shelf so that fresh bread can be bought right up until closing time. Bake Five is a pioneer in the development of formula-based bake-off concepts.

Bread for baking at home is a consumer favourite and is an integral shelf component. The pre-baked bread that goes into the oven for a few minutes for a crispy crust and wonderful smell gives the optimal fresh experience at home.

We are also very much at home making filled bread in many varieties. Various recipes have been combined into one tight, uniform assortment.
